Don't think you are ready for boot camp or just need personalized attention, then personal training is for you.
Semi-Private training is available to individuals, groups and teams. Training sessions are scheduled monthly in advance.
As a result of your individualized assessment, a complete Optimum Performance Training program will be designed for you, not
a "one-size-fits-all" program.
Sessions last 50-minutes and clients are to train two-three times per week.
