Our Fitness Camp is a complete exercise program that incorporates the expertise and perks of working with a personal trainer or individual training with the camaraderie and motivation of exercising in a group.
Our training facility is conveniently located in Wilmington, Delaware on the Riverfront and close to Philadelphia and South Jersey
Campers will receive a quality degreed, certified and experienced personal trainer without the expense of a workout with a personal trainer, which can cost $50-$150 per hour or up $400-$2000 per month.
Delaware Boot Camp is a 4-week strength & cardio workout program that will not only challenge beginners but the experienced fitness enthusiast as well.
Each training session lasts about 60-minutes and includes: core training, integrated flexibility training, balance training, power training, interval training, functional strength-training, team challenges and more.
We follow a blend of training philosophies that minimize injury and improve performance, including CrossFit.
In addition, we do exercise the tried and true way: with sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, running/ power walking, jumping rope and a whole lot of hard work
You will bring your "A" game everyday, whether that is 5 push-ups or 50 push-ups.
